If I already have TN status through another employer, do I have to change it in order to work for Procare USA?
Yes. In order to work for Procare USA, you can either go to a U.S. Port of Entry and get a new TN, or an employer may file a "Change of Employer" petition with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through the mail. Although this might sound complicated, Procare USA has in-house Immigration Specialists on staff to help guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
