Can
I bring my significant other with me on TN status if we aren't
married?
No. You must be legally married in order to bring your spouse
with you on TD status. Common law marriage may not be recognized
by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. If you are not
legally married, your significant other would have to get his/her
own TN status (if possible). If that is not possible, Procare
USA's in-house immigration specialists can discuss
other options with you.
