PROCARE USA ADOPTS LOCAL FAMILIES IN NEED

Farmington, CT - January 24, 2002 - Procare USA LLC, a national healthcare
staffing company, recently adopted disadvantaged families through the Farmington Social Services Department.

"The employees at Procare USA wanted to help local families during the holiday season. We wanted the children to have presents to open on Christmas" said Scott O'Carroll, President and Founder of Procare USA, LLC.

The generous donations from the Procare USA team enabled the purchase of toys, clothes and food gift certificates for 10 families in the local area. O'Carroll said, "The family adoptions during the holiday season were so successful and our employees felt so good about it, we will continue to donate to these families all year long".
