Procare USA offers a comprehensive travel nursing employment package including excellent traveling nurse benefits and even reimbursement of most travel nurse expenses.
Compensation
Among many other traveling nurse benefits,
Procare USA offers competitive hourly rates. Time-and-one-half
(or double) the base hourly rate is generally paid
for hours worked over 40 per week or for holiday or callback
time. Differentials are commonly paid for charge or supervisory
roles and when placed on-call. Free direct deposit is available.
Medical/Dental
and Term Life Insurance
Procare USA pays 100% of the employee premium cost for group medical, dental and term life insurance, a key portion of our traveling nurse benefits. Affordable dependent care coverage is also available. The eligibility for health, dental and life insurance coverage is the first of the calendar month following thirty days of employment. Group Term Life insurance will be provided for each employee regardless of medical and dental plan participation, at no cost to the employee.
Declining
Insurance
An incentive of $70.00 per pay period will be awarded to you if you choose not to participate in Procare USA group medical and dental plans. Proof of alternate coverage will be required to receive this incentive as part of your traveling nurse benefits.
401(k)
Retirement Savings Plan
Procare USA realizes
how important your financial future is to you and your family
as part of your traveling nurse benefits. We want to
help you save and feel secure as you look toward retirement.
You are eligible for enrollment in our attractive 401(k) retirement
savings plan on the first of the calendar month following
thirty days of employment. Procare
USA also provides a company match with immediate
vesting. A range of investment options is provided for
you to choose from, giving you the opportunity to spread your
investment among different categories within our plan.
Referral
Bonus Program
Procare USA offers up to
$1,000.00 bonus for each new referred colleague who commences
employment with us. You do not need to be employed by
Procare USA to be eligible

Reimbursement
We reimburse up to $250.00 for each thirteen week assignment
with Procare USA for costs
associated with professional state licensing required for
the assignment.
VisaScreen
Certification
We reimburse up to $250.00 for each thirteen week assignment
with Procare USA for costs
associated with the VisaScreen Certification process.
Direct
Payment Debit Card
Procare USA offers travel
nurses the option of receiving a reloadable debit card. The
card can be used virtually anywhere debit cards are accepted
and you can get cash at participating ATMs worldwide. Every
pay period your earnings are automatically loaded onto your
card giving you immediate access to your wages. The best part
is that our debit cards do not require a bank account or credit
approval.
Maximizing
Income
Procare USA offers travelers the ability to maximize income while on assignment. Assignments are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Examples of additional income opportunities as part of our traveling nurse benefits include:
Overtime
Time-and-one-half, or on selected assignments, double the
base hourly rate is paid for all overtime hours worked, (typically
hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week).
Paid
Holidays
Subject to individual assignment confirmation, we pay time-and-one-half,
or on selected assignments, double the base hourly rate for
hours worked on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Client employer
holidays may also be paid when applicable.
Flexible
Contracting
We will negotiate with employers on your behalf to permit
willing employees to work overtime hours while on assignment.
Extra
Work Hours
In addition to the hours worked on assignment at the primary
employment location, we can negotiate with area facilities
for per-diem scheduling.
Free Private Housing
