PROCARE USA WELCOMES RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Farmington, CT - September 23, 2002 - Procare USA announces Shelley Haslett, CTS has
joined our staff as Recruiting Manager.

Shelley Haslett will oversee the recruitment staff at Procare USA. Haslett has an extensive staffing
and recruiting background. For the past seven years, Shelley was employed at Snelling Personnel Services. Shelley will work from Procare USA's Farmington, CT office and report to the President and Founder, Scott O'Carroll. She is a graduate of Hamden Hall Country Day School and holds a BA in Retailing Management from Simmons College. Shelley is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist through the National Association of Personnel Services.
