Idaho hospitals require travel nurses to hit the unit floor running with limited orientation. Usually to work as a Idaho travel nurse, you need at least one year of clinical experience as an RN or LPN preferably in an acute care hospital setting. Additionally, Idaho travel nurses may be asked to float to other units where they have previous work experience. Travel nursing can be a rewarding experience for nurses that possess strong clinical skills and want to see the country.
