Employee Compensation
Procare USA compensates employees in accordance with federal and state labor regulations for all hours worked including: payment of wages, income tax withholdings, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation and Social Security. Unlike many travel nursing companies, Procare USA offers competitive wages to our nurses and we strive to keep them happy. If our nurses are happy so are our clients.
Insurance
When working with any outside vendors, including travel nurse companies, hospitals need to be protected. Procare USA will provide workers' compensation coverage and general and professional liability insurance with a $1 million limit per occurrence $3 million general aggregate. We also take it a step further than many travel nursing companies by also requiring our travelers to carry their own professional liability insurance coverage.
