USA sponsors Green Cards and other work visa
petitions for foreign trained healthcare professionals.
Some professionals we sponsor remain outside the U.S.
until the process is complete; others start the process
after they arrive here on work visas. This information
is for those who choose to remain outside the U.S.
A
Green Card, also known as permanent residency, can be
the opportunity of a lifetime for you and your family.
Having a Green Card allows you to live and work permanently
in the United States. After you have your Green Card
for a designated period of time, you can choose to become
a United States citizen. Naturalization is optional,
however, and having a Green Card will not affect your
present citizenship in any way.
Getting
your Green Card is a process that requires time, patience
and attention to detail. It can take anywhere from 10
months to two years to receive your Green Card. To begin
the process, Procare USA
will act as your sponsor for your Green Card, and will
help guide you through the various certifications and
exams that are necessary in order to receive Permanent
Resident status. Procare USA
will pay an attorney to prepare and file your (employee
only) application and our in-house specialist will monitor
its progress. The attorney will also coordinate filing
of any dependent applications. Please note that there
are extra costs associated with filing dependent applications
for which you will be responsible. If you have any questions
or concerns about the Green Card process, please call
one of Procare USA's
immigration specialists.
At
Procare USA, we
understand that relocating to the United States can
be one of the most exciting and anxious times that you
will ever experience. We strive to make the process
clear and understandable throughout this new chapter
in your professional and personal life. Just let us
know when you are ready to make the commitment to come
to the United States, and Procare
USA will make the commitment to giving you
an enjoyable and profitable working experience.
