Procare USA provides no cost single occupant furnished accommodation for all Pennsylvania travel nursing assignments. Monthly allowances may be paid to Pennsylvania travel nurses if housing arrangements are not required. Moderate housing charges for furniture, additional bedrooms, linens, and house wares. Procare USA arranges to pay rent, security deposit and utilities on your behalf. The travel nurse is responsible to pay all telephone, cable and security deposit expenses(for pets if applicable). Pennsylvania travel nurses’ check-in is generally permitted on the Friday prior to the travel nursing assignment start date. Checkout is Monday at noon following completion of the final travel nursing workweek.
Our Pennsylvania travel nurses are paid competitive hourly rates. In addition, overtime, holiday and callback hours are paid at time-and-one-half and occasionally double the regular hourly rate. Differentials for Procare USA travel nurses are commonly paid for charge or supervisory roles and when placed on-call. Payroll is paid biweekly and free direct deposit is available for our Pennsylvania travel nurses.
Eligibility for a Pennsylvania travel nurse to enroll in Procare’s benefit plans is the first of the calendar month following thirty days of employment. Procare USA provides our Pennsylvania travel nurses a 401k plan with company match and immediate vesting. The plan offers a range of investment options that provides the travel nurse the opportunity to diversify their investment dollars. Procare USA pays all of the premiums related to our group medical, dental and term life insurance for Pennsylvania travel nurses. We also offer dependent care coverage at a reasonable cost. Group Term Life insurance will be provided for each Pennsylvania travel nurse regardless of medical and dental plan participation, at no cost to the nurse.
