Paid Holidays
Subject to individual assignment confirmation, we pay time-and-one-half, or on selected assignments, double the base hourly rate for hours worked on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Client employer holidays may also be paid when applicable.
Direct Payment Debit Card
Procare USA offers travel nurses the option of receiving a reloadable debit card. Every pay period your earnings are automatically loaded onto your card giving you immediate access to your wages. The card can be used virtually anywhere debit cards are accepted and do not require a bank account or credit approval.
Medical/Dental and Term Life Insurance
Procare USA pays 100% of the employee premium cost for group medical, dental and term life insurance. Affordable dependent care coverage is also available with our travel nursing jobs. The eligibility for health, dental and life insurance coverage is the first of the calendar month after thirty days of employment. Group Term Life insurance will be provided for each employee, regardless of medical and dental plan participation, at no cost to the employee. If you choose not to participate in our group medical and dental plans, an incentive of $70.00 per pay period will be awarded to you.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
You are eligible for enrollment in our attractive 401(k) retirement savings plan on the first of the calendar month following thirty days of travel nursing employment. Procare USA also provides a company match with immediate vesting. A range of investment options is provided for you to choose from, giving you the opportunity to spread your investment among different categories within our plan.
Free Private Housing
Procare USA provides private, single or family status, furnished accommodation for the duration of employment; single occupant private housing is free. We arrange and pay rent, security deposit and utilities. You arrange and pay for telephone, cable and security deposit for pets (if applicable).
Referral Bonus Program
