PROCARE USA ESTABLISHES SCHOLARSHIP AT LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL

Farmington, CT - June 28, 2002 - Procare USA LLC, a national healthcare
staffing company, has established a scholarship at Farmington High School for a qualified student entering nursing school.

"Procare USA is committed to serving its community so it seemed natural for us to reach out and help a local high school student pursue a higher education. As the country faces a dire nursing shortage, we feel it is imperative that we make a difference among the healthcare community" said Scott O'Carroll, President and Founder of Procare USA, LLC.

The nursing school scholarship from Procare USA has helped Nicole Nadeau defray a portion of the cost to enroll in her nursing program. "She was very pleased to be chosen as the Procare USA scholarship recipient and is looking forward to a rewarding career in nursing" O'Carroll said.
